1. Introduction

Welcome to iNstation! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website and related services. By accessing, registering, or using any feature of our platform (statistics, ladders, tournaments), you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service (100% Free)

iNstation is a League of Legends statistics, Ladder, and Tournament platform. It allows users to connect their League of Legends accounts, view statistics, organize 1v1 or 5v5 matches, and participate in community leaderboards.

Our service is completely free of charge. There are no hidden costs, premium (freemium) subscriptions, or mandatory microtransactions required to use the platform.

3. User Accounts and Riot Games Connection

Certain features of the platform (e.g., joining tournaments, ladder matches) require you to register a user account and connect a valid League of Legends (Riot Games) account.
You are entirely responsible for maintaining the security of your account and the confidentiality of your passwords.
You may not impersonate any other user or connect someone else's League of Legends account as your own.

4. Conduct and Fair Play

Since iNstation is a competitive platform where users self-report match results, strict adherence to Fair Play principles is mandatory. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in an immediate and permanent ban:

False Reporting: Intentionally reporting a win after losing a match or attempting to deceive an opponent.
Falsifying Evidence: Uploading manipulated, edited (e.g., Photoshopped), or fake screenshots to the match chat during conflicts.
Win-Trading (System Abuse): Arranging fixed matches with friends to artificially boost your ladder points (LP) or MMR.
Toxic Behavior: Harassment, racism, hate speech, or spamming via the built-in chat system.

In the event of a disputed match, the decision of the administrators is final and cannot be appealed.

5. Tournaments and Prizes

iNstation does not assume any liability for user-created tournaments, their specific rules, or any promised prizes. iNstation solely provides the technical platform (brackets, chat, statistics). If a tournament organizer fails to distribute a promised prize, iNstation cannot be held legally or financially responsible.

6. Limitation of Liability

iNstation provides its services on an "as-is" basis. We do not guarantee that the service will always be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted. We are not responsible for any data loss, delays, or issues arising from Riot Games API downtimes or malfunctions.

7. Contact and Account Deletion

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any user account without prior notice if they violate these Terms of Service.

You have the right to permanently delete your account and all associated personal data at any time. You can do this directly from your Profile Settings. Alternatively, you may contact the administrators through the website to request manual account deletion.
